Ordering
You may place an order via www.lajems.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Products ship within 48 hours if in stock and within 2-3 weeks if not in stock.
To ship gift directly to the recipient
During the checkout process you will have the option to enter one shipping address. This address can be different from your billing address. If your order is going to be a gift, please indicate in the comments section and we will provide an via email only.
Payment
For your security, all payments are processed through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account, just a credit card. La Jems never receives your credit card information. Payment must be made in full before your order will be processed.

Returns
Any unused, unblemished burp cloths may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Your purchase price plus any applicable sales tax will be refunded, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
